The latest industrial space in Surrey’s East Newton area is now complete. Latitude, a modern strata warehouse development, features 10 units from 8,400 square feet and up.
Strategically located, Latitude offers 360-degree access to Vancouver’s Lower Mainland and lives up to the quality that the Conwest Group is known for. Each unit includes a second-floor mezzanine, 28-foot clear ceilings, and both dock and grade loading.
Capo was selected as the General Contractor of the build. Our team self-performed all formwork and framework on site.
The project is a result of an ongoing relationship that spans many developments between Capo and Conwest. Most recently, the two collaborated to complete Pivotal 2 in Port Coquitlam.
