We’re excited to announce that Pivotal 2 is now complete. Working with the Conwest Group, this marks the completion of the second phase of a four-building multifunctional warehousing development in Port Coquitlam.
Like Pivotal 1, Pivotal 2 features 26 modern and functional warehouse units with expansive 24-foot ceiling heights and grade-level loading doors. Each unit contains fully-finished second-floor offices with a feature mezzanine in each entry unit.
Capo Construction was selected as the General Contractor and performed the tilt-up concrete construction, interior framing, and finishing.
The project not only marks the completion of the two-phase Pivotal development in the heart of Port Coquitlam but also marks the continued partnership between Capo and Conwest—a relationship that goes back decades.
