Sika Manufacturing Plant

On a mission to extend their operation across Canada, Sika’s new Surrey concrete processing plant is a highly-automated facility, producing a broad range of mortars and grouts, as well as liquid admixtures, water reducers, air-entrainers, set-retarders, and set-accelerators. Capo was commissioned as the General Contractor of the 300,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant. The design was based on Sika’s lean manufacturing concept.
