Designed for modern industrial users, the building features efficient truck circulation, multiple loading positions, and high-clear warehouse space suited to logistics, production, and future growth. Capo is delivering the concrete tilt-up construction, with panels currently going up as the structure takes shape on site. The site's Port Kells location offers quick access to Highway 1, Golden Ears Way, and major transportation routes.
