Hired by Bosa Properties as the General Contractor, Capo constructed a state-of-the-art 110,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in the heart of North Surrey. The development has been acknowledged by the City of Surrey as a premiere facility to attract clean tech manufacturing to the region, boasting 104,620 sq. ft. of available industrial space and 5,200 sq. ft. of supporting office space. As the GC, we collaborated closely with the developer to ensure timely delivery of bespoke building requirements.
