Latitude is a new industrial development by Conwest that features 10 strata warehouse units in Surrey’s East Newton community. Capo was selected as the General Contractor of the build. Our team self-performed all formwork and framework on site. Construction included insulated concrete tilt-up with 28 foot clear ceilings and an enclosed second floor mezzanine. The site is zoned for IB-3, accommodating a range of light industrial and commercial uses.
